Delta Complex

The Delta Complex is the OCC’s aerospace research facility. This facility was responsible for the development of the hyperdrive, artificial gravity, navigational array, and beam cannons. The Event Horizon was also constructed in the shipyard of the underground vault. To protect the sensitive technology from sabotage and subterfuge, until the reveal of the Event Horizon, the real purpose of the facility was kept secret and the existence of the vault denied. Publicly, the facility only consisted of the office and research area above ground, where scientists were working on artificial gravity and stellar cartography (which was secretly connected to the development of the navigational array).
