The Energy Bolt Rifle is an energy weapon developed by the OCC for military use. The weapon operates by firing a bolt of electrons, accompanied by a multispectral laser, to stun or kill targets. An advantagee with respect to the ILX-301 is that a single bolt is sufficient to stun or kill a target, making it independent of the exposure time of the target.
